"These folks are truly the best medical experts I've ever met."
These folks are hands down the finest medical facility I've ever used. Not long ago, I started going to Village Medical, which is a similar kind of Primary Care Provider that my insurance covers. It took over a week just to get a pre-authorization from them, and I had to make a 10-minute call to my insurance just to get my meds. I've made a ton of calls and sent a bunch of messages. In contrast, Forward wrapped up the whole process in just minutes after my appointment with the provider, and they even reached out with a message and a call. Thanks to Forward, I was able to shed 78 pounds and get my A1c and Triglyceride levels balanced.

"These guys are definitely the top-notch medical professionals I have ever encountered."
These guys are absolutely the best medical facility I have ever utilized. Recently, I began using Village Medical, a similar type of Primary Care Provider that is covered by my insurance. "Dangerously Inept Service"
This service is alarmingly incompetent. I really recommend steering clear of it. Let me explain... I was pretty excited when I joined Forward, thinking it was a great choice for 'Medicine 3.0,' blending tech and lifestyle management to ward off common health issues. A major part of this method is the smart use of blood tests to keep an eye on various biomarkers that most doctors usually overlook. But during my 45-minute initial visit, a lot of these tests were missing (I had to ask them to include them, and the doctor agreed). The real headache started when I tried to set up the blood draw. Before I signed up, a customer service rep told me that all blood draws could be done at home since I live far from any physical office. That turned out to be a total falsehood. They don’t provide that service. I then asked for lab scripts so I could head to a Quest Diagnostics location to get the blood drawn. It took them four days to send me the scripts. When I finally got them, they only covered two out of the eight tests the doctor had requested. When I flagged this issue to the staff, they said, 'We don’t know what went wrong, but we’ll sort it out.' It took them another day to send the complete set of tests, and once again, they were wrong. They had swapped out two essential tests for ones that were never ordered and wouldn’t be useful. If I hadn’t double-checked the lab scripts, I would’ve ended up taking the wrong tests at the lab. Would my doctor have caught that? I seriously doubt it. How can they deliver competent and safe care when they can’t even manage the quality control of the blood tests they depend on? This service is utterly useless and poses a risk. I really suggest avoiding it.

This care is dangerously incompetent. I strongly advise staying away. Allow me to elaborate... I had high hopes and enthusiasm when I signed up for Forward. It appeared to be a fantastic option for "Medicine 3.0," combining technology and lifestyle management to prevent common illnesses and injuries. A key aspect of this approach is the intelligent use of blood labs to monitor various bio markers that most doctors do not typically track. However, during my 45-minute baseline visit, many of these labs were not included (I had to request them to be added, and the physician complied). The real trouble began when it came time to schedule the blood draw. Before signing up, a customer service representative assured me that all blood draws could be done at home since I do not live near a physical office. That was a complete lie. They do not offer that service. I then requested lab scripts so I could go to a Quest Diagnostics center to have the blood drawn. It took them four days to provide me with the scripts. When I finally received them, they only covered two out of the eight tests the doctor had ordered. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they responded with, "We don't know what happened, but we'll fix it." It took them another day to provide the full battery of tests, and once again, they were incorrect. They had mistakenly replaced two critical tests with tests that were never ordered and would not be helpful. If I hadn't carefully reviewed the lab scripts, I would not have noticed this error and would have undergone the wrong tests at the lab. Would my doctor have ever noticed? I highly doubt it. How can they provide competent and safe care when they cannot even ensure the quality control of the blood labs they rely on? This service was completely inept and poses a danger. I strongly advise staying away.

I was super impressed with how fast they got back to me and how easy it was to chat online or via the app. Dr. Nate was really friendly and made our in-person meeting a breeze.

"I just walked out! It's a real letdown to witness the drop in service."
I just walked out after being among the first customers in midtown NYC. The initial deal made some claims about different tests that were never delivered, which feels downright dishonest. Plus, the body scanning weight equipment wasn't consistently available, and their service has clearly gone downhill. I can't suggest Forward.

I just left after being one of the first clients in midtown NYC. The initial offer made some promises about various tests that were never actually provided, which is simply dishonest. Additionally, the equipment for body scanning weight was not always available, and their service noticeably declined. I cannot recommend Forward.

I am able to easily communicate with my care team or doctor on the same day, schedule appointments promptly, and have consistently received excellent care and guidance for my health. I really enjoyed my time at Forward. Sadly, I just couldn't swing the payments for their services on my own, even with my insurance helping out.
